All architectural projects begin with an initial consultation to define scope, timeline, and budget. A detailed proposal will be provided outlining deliverables, fees, and project milestones.

Work commences upon signing of the service agreement and receipt of the initial deposit. Changes to the agreed scope may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all necessary information, documentation, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may impact project timelines.

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, approvals, and regulatory compliance for construction. We provide documentation to support this process but final approval responsibility rests with you.

Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and concepts remain our intellectual property until final payment is received. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the designs for the specified project only.

Designs may not be reused, modified, or replicated for other projects without written permission and additional licensing fees.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in individual project agreements. Typical structure includes an initial deposit, milestone payments, and final payment upon project completion.

Late payments may result in work suspension and additional fees. All fees are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

Liability and Warranties

We maintain professional liability insurance and work to industry standards. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered.

We are not responsible for construction errors, contractor performance, or issues arising from modifications made without our involvement or approval.

Project Revisions

Design revisions are included as specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

Major scope changes require a new proposal and agreement amendment.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all work completed to date.

All project materials and intellectual property remain ours until final payment is received.
